Mr. Lemar manages projects to develop and support marketing strategies for utility retail operations, energy service companies, equipment manufacturers, and customer groups. He is currently advising a group of small businesses on aggregation issues and opportunities. Mr. Lemar has over 25 years of experience in advising business customers and utilities in managing energy use, assessing new energy technology, and developing strategic plans. He provides utilities with assistance in developing marketing programs for customer groups ranging from large industrials to small businesses such as auto body shops and dry cleaners, and applies financing as a strategic asset for many of these customers. Mr. Lemar holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA, both from the University of Maryland.

Mr. Sheaffer has a broad background in the U.S. energy industry; distributed generation; the hydrogen economy; energy efficiency; and industrial-sector energy use, end-use technologies, and markets. He has managed numerous DG studies conducted for trade associations, manufacturers, and government organizations. He has also developed several market and technology assessments looking at distributed generation and the hydrogen economy. He has developed many innovative forecasting tools and methodologies, and has performed numerous market and business assessments. Mr. Sheaffer also has a broad background in industrial sector energy use and energy efficiency. He has extensive knowledge and experience with both the technology and business aspects of the market. Mr. Sheaffer has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a Masters of Engineering Management with a concentration in energy and the environment from George Washington University.
